About the Role We are looking for an experienced Lead AI Solutions Engineer to join our team at Sapphire Software Solutions. This role involves designing scalable, secure cloud solutions and integrating AI capabilities into Epic workflows. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement AI-powered applications • Integrate Generative AI capabilities into software systems • Lead technical architecture and development practices • Ensure cloud solutions are secure and performant Requirements • Recent healthcare experience with EHR and Epic • Epic expertise and certification strongly preferred • Experience building or integrating Generative AI applications • Strong cloud architecture experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP • Infrastructure as Code with Terraform, Bicep, or ARM • CI/CD pipeline experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, etc. • Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes • Strong Git, branching strategies, and code reviews • Experience with databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis, or Databricks • Knowledge of observability, monitoring, and application performance
