About the Role We are seeking an experienced Lead Architect with 14+ years of experience to join a W2 opportunity in the United States. This role involves designing and driving enterprise architecture strategies and leading the development of scalable solutions. Key Responsibilities • Design and drive enterprise architecture strategies • Lead the development of scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions • Architect cloud-native applications using AWS, Azure, or GCP • Design microservices, REST APIs, and distributed systems • Drive application modernization and cloud migration initiatives • Establish architecture standards and technical best practices • Collaborate with business stakeholders and engineering teams • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams Requirements • 14+ years of experience in Enterprise or Solution Architecture • Expertise in Cloud Technologies – AWS, Azure, GCP • Experience with Microservices and REST APIs • Knowledge of Distributed Systems and Design Patterns • Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD • Strong Technical Leadership and Communication Skills
