About the Role We are looking for a hands-on Lead AWS Data Engineer with strong experience in building enterprise-scale AWS data platforms, data lakes, and ETL pipelines. Key Responsibilities • Build enterprise-scale AWS data platforms • Develop data lakes and ETL pipelines • Lead and mentor data engineering teams Requirements • 10+ years of experience in AWS data engineering • Strong experience with AWS: Glue, Redshift, S3, Lambda, EMR, Kinesis, Athena, RDS, API Gateway • Proficiency in Python, SQL, and PySpark • Experience with ETL/ELT, Data Lakes, Data Warehousing, and Data Modeling • Knowledge of DevOps tools: Terraform, CloudFormation, CI/CD • Leadership experience: 3+ years leading and mentoring data engineering teams Benefits • 12 Months Contract to Hire opportunity • Opportunity to work with Prudential • Visa sponsorship available for USC / H1B
