About the Role We are looking for a Lead AWS/Python Developer to join our team. This role focuses on backend and cloud development with a focus on AWS and Python. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement solutions using AWS Lambda and Python • Lead Java-to-Python migration projects • Utilize Terraform and IaC for infrastructure management • Develop and maintain Step Functions and Kafka integrations • Create and maintain APIs • Monitor and optimize CloudWatch metrics • Contribute to system design Requirements • 14–15+ years of experience in backend/cloud development • 5+ years of experience with Python • Strong expertise in AWS Lambda, Terraform, Step Functions, Kafka, API Development, CloudWatch, and System Design • AWS Certifications: Solutions Architect Professional / DevOps Engineer Professional preferred • Must be a hands-on coder Benefits
