Only USC/GC candidates who are open to conversion will be considered Hiring: Lead Business Analyst (Healthcare Domain – SAFe/Agile) Location: Reston, VA (Hybrid – 1–2 Days Onsite, Local Candidates Only) Duration: Contract (6+ Months, Convertible) We are seeking a Lead Business Analyst with strong healthcare experience and deep expertise in SAFe/Agile environments to drive complex enterprise initiatives. Requirements: 8+ years of experience in Business Analysis / Systems Analysis Strong experience in healthcare domain (mandatory) Deep understanding of SAFe/Agile, backlog management, and refinement Core Skills: Requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation Stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration UAT leadership, defect tracking, and issue resolution Strong analytical skills to translate complex problems into actionable requirements Responsibilities: Lead business requirements gathering and translate into functional specifications Act as liaison between business, product, and engineering teams Drive backlog prioritization, refinement, and delivery alignment Lead UAT, ensure requirement validation, and support releases Monitor risks, track progress, and communicate with stakeholders Preferred: AI product exposure is a plus Experience mentoring junior analysts Strong technical/data fluency Key Notes: Healthcare experience is mandatory Must be local to DMV area Hybrid role with in-person interviews (final round onsite) This role requires a proactive, hands-on BA who can drive clarity, manage ambiguity, and deliver high-quality outcomes.
