About the Role Realsoft is seeking an experienced Lead Cloud Engineer for an enterprise cloud engineering opportunity. This role requires strong technical leadership and hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement solutions using Microsoft Azure within enterprise environments • Manage Azure networking, identity and access management, storage, and compute services • Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform • Utilize Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Microsoft Defender for Cloud • Develop automation scripts using PowerShell, Python, or Bash • Oversee cloud architecture, governance, security, migration, and modernization • Work with hybrid cloud environments and on-premises integration • Provide technical leadership and collaborate across functions Requirements • Strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Azure engineering • Expertise in Azure networking, identity, storage, and compute • Practical experience with Terraform for Infrastructure as Code • Experience with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Defender for Cloud • Proficiency in PowerShell, Python, or Bash scripting • Knowledge of cloud architecture, governance, security, and migration • Experience with hybrid cloud and on-premises integration • Strong technical leadership and collaboration skills Preferred Qualifications • AZ-104, AZ-305, or AZ-400 certifications • AWS experience • Cloud cost optimization and FinOps knowledge • Financial services industry experience
