About the Role We are seeking a Lead Cybersecurity Engineer to join a Cruise Line client. This role involves leading secure architecture detailed engineering for maritime OT cybersecurity solutions and designing secure OT and IT infrastructure architectures. Key Responsibilities • Lead secure architecture detailed engineering for maritime OT cybersecurity solutions • Design secure OT and IT infrastructure architectures, including network segmentation, security zones, and conduits • Develop technical standards, reference architectures, and reusable design patterns • Translate cybersecurity requirements into practical technical designs and configurations • Lead technical design reviews, product evaluations, FAT/SAT, commissioning, and control validation • Design secure remote access, endpoint security, identity integration, logging, monitoring, backup, and recovery solutions • Prepare and review high-level and low-level designs, network diagrams, data flows, technical specifications, test plans, and as-built documentation Requirements • 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity, OT, IT infrastructure, systems engineering, network engineering, or a related technical field • Experience leading complex technical designs or implementations • Strong OT/ICS cybersecurity experience preferred • IT infrastructure expertise covering servers, Windows/Linux, endpoints, virtualization, identity services, and network architecture is also valuable
