About the Role We are looking for a Lead Data Scientist to join UnitedHealth Group. This role involves developing, training, and deploying machine learning models to analyze large datasets and generate actionable insights. Key Responsibilities • Develop, train, and deploy machine learning models • Analyze large datasets and generate actionable insights • Build predictive models and perform feature engineering • Evaluate model performance and improve accuracy • Support data-driven business decisions using advanced analytics Requirements • 10+ years of experience in data science • Strong hands-on Python and SQL skills • Expertise in Machine Learning and Statistical Analysis • Experience with Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn • Knowledge of Deep Learning, AI, and Generative AI • Proficiency in Data Visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI • Experience with Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
