About the Role We are looking for an experienced Lead Developer to support enterprise application development and complex financial systems. Key Responsibilities • Support enterprise application development • Work on complex financial systems • Provide team leadership • Oversee QA processes • Troubleshoot technical issues • Improve business processes Requirements • Experience as a Lead Developer or Development Manager • Experience with relational databases including Azure SQL, SQL Server, Oracle, and SQL • Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio, .NET, Entity Framework, and NHibernate • Experience in team leadership, QA oversight, troubleshooting, and business process improvement
