About the Role We are seeking an experienced Lead DevOps Engineer to lead platform engineering, CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, and delivery for digital products and SaaS platforms. This role combines technical leadership, hands-on DevOps expertise, and cross-functional coordination across various departments. Key Responsibilities • Lead DevOps teams, establish priorities, and provide technical direction. • Own CI/CD pipelines, builds, deployments, releases, and rollback strategies. • Guide containerized applications and infrastructure using OpenShift, Podman, and AWS. • Oversee platform integrations involving Kafka, PostgreSQL, Snowflake, Apigee, F5, and Alkira. • Drive automation, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), security, and operational readiness. • Coordinate delivery across engineering, Enterprise IT, security, networking, and operations. • Manage cross-team dependencies, resolve blockers, and communicate project risks. • Improve monitoring, reliability, performance, incident response, and production support. • Promote secure, scalable, and cost-effective infrastructure practices. • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery and operational excellence. Requirements • 8+ years of experience in DevOps, platform engineering, cloud infrastructure, or systems engineering. • Experience supporting SaaS platforms, digital products, or customer-facing applications. • Practical experience or technical leadership across the listed technologies. • Experience leading teams and coordinating cross-functional delivery. • Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure, networking, containers, and production operations. • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and leadership skills. • Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
