Lead Engineer

Lead Engineer Location: India, Remote Experience: 5-7 Years Duration: 3 months contractual roles (It may extended if required) Interview Process: 2 to 3 Rounds of Discussions Mandate Skills: • Kotlin (for Android Development) Salesforce, Salesforce Community, Cloud Kotlin Java, Salesforce Apex development Role Overview: We are looking for a Lead Engineer with strong Apex development expertise and a solid programming background. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Salesforce data modelling, configuration, and testing, along with exposure to modern CI/CD practices. A prior background in Java or Kotlin with a transition into Salesforce development is preferred. Key Skills & Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field • Strong experience in Salesforce Apex development • Proficiency in Salesforce data modeling, configuration, and testing • Experience with Git-based CI/CD pipelines • Solid programming and system design fundamentals • Exposure to AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Codex, Claude, Cursor) • Background in Java or Kotlin (Android development experience is a plus) • Experience with Salesforce Community Cloud is preferred Desired Attributes: • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment • Effective communication and stakeholder management • Attention to detail and commitment to quality Interested Candidate can share ur resume to [Upgrade to PRO to see contact]
