About the Role We are looking for a Lead ETL Developer to join our team. This role focuses on developing and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines using AWS and Snowflake. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement ETL/ELT pipelines • Develop and maintain data solutions using AWS, Snowflake, and Python/PySpark • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure data quality and performance • Provide technical leadership and mentor junior developers Requirements • 5+ years of ETL/Data Engineering experience • 5+ years of SQL and Python/PySpark experience • 3+ years of cloud data platform experience • Technical leadership and mentoring experience • Banking/Financial Services experience is a plus
