About the Role We are seeking a Lead ETL Developer to join our team. This role involves leading technical aspects of data integration projects and managing ETL/ELT processes. Key Responsibilities • Lead technical aspects of ETL/ELT development and data integration projects • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members • Ensure data quality and integrity across systems • Troubleshoot production issues and implement solutions • Design and implement data warehousing solutions Requirements • 7+ years of experience in ETL/ELT, data integration, or data engineering • 3+ years of experience in a technical lead/workstream lead role • Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake and Matillion • Experience with Microsoft Azure and SQL Server • Strong experience with Azure DevOps • Healthcare/Insurance industry experience • Mandatory experience with Facets • Strong understanding of data warehousing, ETL architecture, and data quality • Experience with production support, troubleshooting, and technical leadership A Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
