About the Role
We are looking for a Lead ETL Developer to join our team. This role involves developing and supporting enterprise ETL, ELT, and data integration solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and implement ETL and ELT solutions for enterprise data integration
• Lead technical development and delivery of complex data integration projects
• Ensure data quality, security, and compliance in data processing
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Maintain and optimize existing data pipelines and data warehouse solutions
Requirements
• 7+ years of progressive experience in ETL, ELT, data integration, data engineering, or data warehouse solutions
• 3+ years of experience as a senior developer, technical lead, or primary technical owner
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps), Snowflake, Matillion, Microsoft Azure, and Microsoft SQL Server
• Experience in regulated environments with strong privacy, security, and compliance requirements
• Knowledge of integrating various data sources including relational databases, flat files, JSON, XML, REST APIs, and SaaS platforms
• Relevant certifications such as SnowPro, Matillion, Microsoft Azure Data Engineer, or Azure Solutions Architect
• Experience working with agile delivery teams and cross-functional enterprise stakeholders
• Advanced hands-on Snowflake knowledge including SQL development, virtual warehouses, and performance optimization
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure data and integration services, cloud security patterns, and deployment automation
• Understanding of ETL and ELT architecture, batch and incremental loading, and change data capture concepts
• Knowledge of enterprise data warehousing, dimensional modeling, and data lifecycle management
• Experience with Git-based source control and Azure DevOps practices
• Strong analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills
