About the Role We are looking for a Lead ETL Developer with extensive experience to join the State of Connecticut – Department of Children and Families (DCF) in Hartford, CT. This is a 12-month contract position requiring a hybrid work model. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain ETL/ELT processes using SSIS, SSRS, or Talend • Create complex SQL queries and perform SQL performance tuning • Design and implement data models and integration solutions • Deploy SSIS packages and develop reporting solutions with Tableau • Collaborate with stakeholders on data requirements and solutions Requirements • 12+ years of overall experience as an ETL Developer • 5+ years of experience with Tableau, complex SQL queries, T-SQL, SSIS/SSRS or Talend • Expertise in ETL/ELT development, data modeling, and data integration • Experience with SSIS package deployment and reporting • Preferred experience with Salesforce and MuleSoft • Local candidates who can work onsite one day per week or two days every two weeks
