About the Role We are hiring a Lead Full Stack Developer with expertise in .NET and React to join our team. This role requires strong experience with banking and commercial lending applications. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement enterprise-level banking and commercial lending applications • Develop REST APIs, microservices, and enterprise integrations • Lead technical architecture, secure coding, and performance optimization efforts • Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews • Work with Loan Origination Systems (LOS), loan servicing, underwriting, and credit risk management Requirements • Strong experience with C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, React, and TypeScript • Experience developing enterprise-level banking applications • Knowledge of Loan Origination Systems (LOS), loan servicing, underwriting, credit risk, and portfolio management • Experience building REST APIs, microservices, and enterprise integrations • Proficiency in SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or Oracle • Experience with Azure and/or AWS cloud technologies • Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines • Strong understanding of application architecture, secure coding, and performance optimization • Proven technical leadership, mentoring, and code review experience • Experience with banking platforms, lending workflows, KYC/AML, and regulatory compliance
