About the Role We are looking for a Lead Full Stack Developer to join our team, focusing on developing enterprise-level banking and commercial lending applications. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices • Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers • Collaborate with product team on technical requirements • Develop banking and commercial lending applications • Ensure secure coding practices and performance optimization Requirements • Strong experience with C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, React, and TypeScript • Experience developing enterprise-level banking and commercial lending applications • Strong knowledge of Loan Origination Systems (LOS), loan servicing, underwriting, credit risk, and portfolio management • Experience building REST APIs, microservices, and enterprise integrations • Proficiency in SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or Oracle • Experience with Azure and/or AWS cloud technologies • Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines • Strong understanding of application architecture, secure coding, and performance optimization • Proven technical leadership, mentoring, and code review experience • Experience with banking platforms, lending workflows, KYC/AML, and regulatory compliance
