About the Role We are seeking an experienced Lead Full Stack Developer to drive the design, development, and modernization of enterprise banking applications as part of a large-scale digital transformation initiative. Key Responsibilities • Lead full-stack application development using C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, React/Angular, and TypeScript • Design scalable REST APIs, microservices, and cloud-native applications • Drive legacy application modernization, cloud adoption, and platform integration • Develop secure solutions supporting commercial lending, consumer lending, loan origination, loan servicing, and credit operations • Collaborate with architects, product owners, business analysts, and DevOps teams • Implement CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and modern engineering best practices • Lead technical design reviews, mentor developers, and support production releases Requirements • Strong hands-on experience with .NET, C#, ASP.NET Core, and React • Expertise in REST APIs, microservices, and enterprise application architecture • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP • Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies • Proven technical leadership and application modernization experience • Mandatory banking or financial services domain experience
