About the Role
We are looking for a Lead Full Stack Developer to join our team in Raleigh, NC. This role focuses on building scalable banking applications and leading technical development.
Key Responsibilities
• Architect, develop, and deliver scalable banking applications
• Guide engineering teams and mentor junior developers
• Collaborate with business stakeholders on technical requirements
• Implement REST APIs, microservices, and API-first architecture
• Design and optimize database solutions using SQL Server
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
Requirements
• Strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET Core / .NET 6/7/8
• Strong React, TypeScript & JavaScript experience
• Experience building enterprise-scale web applications
• Banking & Commercial Lending experience required
• Experience in Commercial Loan Origination (LOS) & Loan Servicing preferred
• Experience in Credit Underwriting & Approval Workflows preferred
• Experience in Collateral Management & Covenant Tracking preferred
• Experience in Portfolio Management & Credit Risk preferred
• Experience in Core Banking / Digital Banking Platforms preferred
• Experience in Banking System Integrations & Lending Workflows preferred
• Technical leadership, code reviews & mentoring experience
• Experience with Azure and/or AWS cloud development
• Experience with CI/CD, Azure DevOps, Git & deployment automation
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes & event-driven architecture
