About the Role We are looking for an experienced Lead Full Stack Developer to lead application development, drive technical architecture, mentor developers, and build scalable, secure software solutions within the Life Sciences domain. Key Responsibilities • Lead application development efforts • Drive technical architecture • Mentor developers • Build scalable, secure software solutions Requirements • 10+ years of software development experience with technical leadership • Strong expertise in front-end and back-end technologies • Experience with React/Angular, Java/.NET/Python/Node.js, APIs, and databases • Knowledge of cloud platforms, microservices, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies • Prior experience in the Life Sciences domain is required • Exposure to GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, or regulated systems is an advantage
