About the Role We are looking for a Lead Full Stack Java Developer to join our team. This role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Angular. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise-grade applications • Build scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot • Develop responsive front-end applications using Angular • Design and integrate RESTful APIs and web services • Provide technical leadership, conduct code reviews, and mentor developers • Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams of 10–15 developers • Support customer service platform development, maintenance, and enhancements • Leverage GCP and AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity • Participate in Agile ceremonies, technical design discussions, and CI/CD processes Requirements • 10+ years of hands-on Java development experience • 5+ years of full-stack development experience • 2+ years of experience leading full-stack development teams • Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Angular, Web Services, and RESTful APIs • Knowledge of AI technologies and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) • Strong communication and technical leadership skills • Experience working with enterprise applications and SDLC processes
