About the Role We are looking for an experienced Lead GenAI / AI-ML Subject Matter Expert (SME) to drive the design and development of agentic AI solutions for telecom network operations. Key Responsibilities • Design and develop LLM-powered agents and multi-agent workflows • Build RAG solutions using network data, documentation, and incident history • Implement prompt engineering, tool calling, agent orchestration, and structured outputs • Support network anomaly detection, incident triage, and root-cause analysis • Lead solution architecture, code reviews, technical discussions, and stakeholder collaboration Requirements • Strong Python software engineering experience • Hands-on GenAI, LLM application development, and agentic AI • LangChain, LangGraph, or equivalent frameworks • RAG, embeddings, vector databases, hybrid search, and re-ranking • LLM APIs, prompt engineering, tool calling, and agent orchestration • Strong solution design, communication, and consulting skills Preferred Skills • Telecom/network operations domain experience • Network anomaly detection and incident analysis • AWS, Azure, or GCP AI/ML services • Cloud AI/ML certifications
