About the Role We are looking for an experienced Lead GenAI / AI-ML Subject Matter Expert (SME) to drive the design and development of agentic AI solutions for network anomaly detection and intelligent network operations. Key Responsibilities • Design and develop LLM-powered agents and multi-agent workflows • Build scalable RAG solutions using embeddings, vector databases, hybrid search, and re-ranking • Implement prompt engineering, tool calling, agent routing, and structured outputs • Develop AI-driven solutions for network anomaly detection, incident triage, and root-cause analysis • Work hands-on with Python, LangChain, LangGraph, and LLM APIs • Provide technical leadership, solution architecture, code reviews, and stakeholder collaboration • Support production deployment, testing, observability, and reliable AI application delivery Requirements • Strong Python software engineering experience • Hands-on GenAI, AI/ML, and LLM application development • Expertise in LangChain, LangGraph, or similar agentic AI frameworks • Strong knowledge of RAG architecture, vector search, embeddings, and retrieval optimization • Experience with LLM orchestration, prompt engineering, and tool calling • Strong consulting, communication, and technical leadership skills • Telecom, network operations, anomaly detection, or incident management experience is highly desirable Preferred Qualifications • AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud AI/ML certifications • Experience with cloud AI services, APIs, databases, and production deployment • Telecom, networking, or operations-related certifications
