About the Role We are seeking a Lead IT Engineer to join our Infrastructure & Operations team. This role requires 5–8+ years of progressive IT infrastructure experience with a focus on technical leadership. Key Responsibilities • Manage and maintain IT infrastructure including Windows Server, Linux, VMware, and Hyper-V • Oversee enterprise networking operations and ensure system stability • Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineering teams Requirements • 5–8+ years of progressive IT infrastructure experience • 2+ years in a senior engineering or technical leadership role • Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server, Linux, VMware, Hyper-V, and enterprise networking • US Citizenship required for this position
