About the Role We are looking for a Lead Java Developer with strong expertise in Angular, AWS, and AI technologies to join our team in Mclean, VA. This role requires extensive experience in solution design, development, and technical leadership. Key Responsibilities • Design and develop applications using J2EE framework, Spring Boot, and RESTful services • Implement cloud-based solutions using AWS • Lead technical development with hands-on coding expertise • Focus on applied Gen AI development • Work with managed LLM platforms and various LLMs • Utilize Code Assistant Tools like GitHub Copilot • Integrate database concepts with business applications • Work with scripting languages using Unix and Python • Understand requirements and design for enterprise applications • Contribute independently to project success • Participate in project team discussions Requirements • 15+ years of experience in Solution, Design, and Development of applications using J2EE framework, Spring Boot, RESTful services, and Angular • 5+ years of experience in Designing and Implementing cloud-based solutions using AWS • 5+ years’ experience as Technical Lead with Hands-on Coding expertise • Minimum 2+ years focused on applied Gen AI development • Experience with Code Assistant Tools like GitHub Copilot • Familiarity with managed LLM platforms such as AWS Bedrock • Hands-on experience with various LLMs, RAG, fine-tuning, and prompt engineering • Knowledge in Python, LangChain, and LangGraph • Working knowledge of Microservice using J2EE and Web Services • Knowledge of database concepts and integration • Experience with scripting languages using Unix and Python • Fast learner of new technologies and tools • Understanding of requirements and design for the build and deployment of enterprise applications • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
