About the Role We are looking for an experienced Lead Java Developer with expertise in Generative AI, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and AI/ML to design, develop, and deploy scalable, AI-powered enterprise applications. Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end application development using Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and modern frontend technologies • Develop REST APIs, GraphQL services, and enterprise integrations • Build and deploy GenAI solutions using OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, LangChain, and LangGraph • Implement RAG, embeddings, semantic search, and vector database solutions • Design Agentic AI workflows and AI-powered automation solutions • Develop and deploy cloud-native applications using GCP, Azure, or AWS • Implement CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and DevOps best practices • Ensure application security, Responsible AI, data privacy, governance, and performance Requirements • Strong Java, Spring Boot, and microservices development experience • Hands-on experience with GenAI, AI/ML, RAG, and Agentic AI • Experience with GCP and cloud-based AI services • Knowledge of LangChain, LangGraph, vector databases, and LLM integrations • Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases, REST APIs, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD • Strong technical leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
