About the Role We are looking for a Lead Java Developer to join our team in San Antonio, TX. This is a contract position focused on developing complex solutions and mentoring junior developers. Key Responsibilities • Develop medium to highly complex solutions based on business requirements. • Write unit tests and ensure solution accuracy. • Identify and resolve major technical risks. • Provide timely updates on technical task status. • Design and develop scalable, efficient solutions. • Ensure project and development objectives are met. • Mentor junior/less experienced developers. Requirements • 9+ years of experience with Java and Spring Boot • Must have experience with Java, Spring Boot • Preferred skills include Git, CI/CD Pipeline • Experience with technologies like Java/J2EE, Spring, React, Node.js, OpenShift, JUnit, Postman, Maven, Gloo, Kafka, OpenL, APIs, Microservices, Databases, QTest
