About the Role We are seeking a Lead Java Full Stack Developer with 12+ years of software development experience, including at least 3 years in a Technical Lead or Lead Developer role. The candidate should possess strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, cloud technologies, and distributed systems, along with experience in the Banking and Payments domain. Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership & Architecture • Lead end-to-end solution design, technical architecture, and enterprise application development. • Define technical standards, architecture guidelines, and development best practices. • Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical assessments. • Drive best practices around coding standards, testing, application security, and performance optimization. • Lead and mentor onsite and offshore development teams. • Guide teams in resolving complex technical challenges and production issues. Hands-on Development • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Java and Spring Boot. • Build scalable RESTful APIs and microservices-based applications. • Design database solutions, data models, and optimize SQL queries. • Develop integrations with payment processing platforms and third-party systems. • Implement messaging and event-driven architecture using Kafka and IBM MQ. • Contribute to CI/CD implementation and DevOps initiatives. Requirements • 12+ years of overall software development experience. • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Technical Lead or Lead Developer. • Strong experience in enterprise application development. • Proven experience leading onsite and offshore development teams. • Excellent technical problem-solving and communication skills. • Ability to drive technical delivery and take ownership of complex projects.
