About the Role We are looking for an experienced Lead Java Full Stack Developer with AI expertise to join our team. This role focuses on backend development, frontend technologies, cloud platforms, and DevOps practices. Key Responsibilities • Lead application design, development, and architecture • Build scalable microservices and responsive web applications • Deploy and manage cloud-native applications on AWS • Implement CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments • Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure code quality • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise solutions Requirements • Strong technical leadership experience • Hands-on expertise in Java 8/11/17/21, Spring Boot, and Spring Framework • Experience with microservices, REST APIs, and distributed systems • Proficiency in Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 • Knowledge of AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, EKS, RDS) • Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Maven/Gradle, and Git • Experience with SQL, PostgreSQL/Oracle, JPA, and Hibernate • Willingness to work onsite in McLean, VA, five days a week
