About the Role We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Lead Java Full Stack Developer to design, build, and scale enterprise-grade, API-first platforms using modern Java technologies, AWS cloud services, and AI-driven solutions. Key Responsibilities • Design and build enterprise-grade, API-first platforms • Develop and scale platforms using modern Java technologies • Utilize AWS cloud services and AI-driven solutions • Lead technical projects and provide architectural guidance • Mentor developers and collaborate with cross-functional teams Requirements • 12+ years of professional software engineering experience • Strong expertise in Java 11/17/21, Spring Boot, REST APIs, JSON, and OpenAPI • Extensive experience designing and developing Microservices and API integrations • Strong frontend development experience with ReactJS, TypeScript, JavaScript, Node.js, and WebSockets • Hands-on experience with event-driven architecture and messaging platforms • Strong AWS cloud-native architecture and development experience • Experience with Agentic AI, LLMs/SLMs, MCP, RAG, and AI orchestration frameworks • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, ECS/EKS, and serverless computing • Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, Spinnaker, Terraform, and automated deployments • Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL, MySQL, Aurora, DynamoDB, and DocumentDB Preferred • Commercial Banking domain experience
