About the Role We are looking for a Lead Full Stack Developer with 15+ years of experience to design, develop, and implement robust full stack solutions that drive efficiency and streamline financial operations. The role emphasizes leveraging agentic AI development tools and providing technical leadership. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and deploy scalable Java backend services using Spring Boot to support financial operations • Build responsive, intuitive user interfaces using TypeScript and React • Leverage agentic AI development tools such as Claude Code to accelerate feature delivery • Design, optimize, and maintain SQL Server databases • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps • Lead code reviews and provide technical guidance • Establish and enforce coding standards and best practices • Integrate solutions with existing platforms and financial systems • Optimize applications for scalability and performance • Develop understanding of business processes and translate needs into technical solutions Requirements • 15+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer • Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, React, and TypeScript • Experience with SQL Server databases and performance tuning • Knowledge of Azure DevOps and CI/CD practices • Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools • Technical leadership and code review experience • Understanding of financial systems and operations
