About the Role We are looking for an experienced Lead Kafka Architect with strong expertise in Kafka event streaming, Java, Spring Boot, API development, and Flowable workflow technologies. Key Responsibilities • Lead technical design and build scalable and secure API services • Drive event-driven architecture • Mentor developers • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance software solutions Requirements • Strong expertise in Apache Kafka and Event-Driven Architecture • Experience with Java 8/17/21 and Spring Boot • RESTful API Development and Microservices experience • Flowable BPM / Workflow Engine knowledge • API Security (OAuth2, JWT) • Experience with Oracle and MySQL • CI/CD, GitOps and Kubernetes experience • Technical Architecture and Team Leadership skills
