About the Role We are looking for a hands-on Lead Mobile Full Stack Engineer to lead the development and evolution of customer-facing mobile ordering applications for a leading restaurant brand. The role involves migrating an existing .NET MAUI/Xamarin environment to a modern React/React Native and Node.js architecture while driving technical direction, hands-on development, and team leadership. Key Responsibilities • Lead the development and evolution of customer-facing mobile ordering applications • Migrate existing .NET MAUI/Xamarin environment to modern React/React Native and Node.js architecture • Drive technical direction, hands-on development, and team leadership • Ensure strong Android and iOS mobile application development • Implement REST APIs and mobile application architecture • Publish applications to App Store and Google Play Store Requirements • 3–4+ years of engineering leadership experience • Strong Android and iOS mobile application development • Hands-on experience with .NET MAUI or Xamarin • Strong JavaScript/TypeScript skills • Experience with React and/or React Native • Backend development using Node.js • REST APIs and mobile application architecture • App Store and Google Play Store publishing experience • QSR or Retail industry experience • Team leadership, mentoring, and technical ownership • Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization • Ability to work onsite in San Antonio, TX
