About the Role We are looking for an experienced Lead .NET Developer with 15+ years of expertise in designing, developing, and leading enterprise-grade applications using the Microsoft technology stack. Key Responsibilities • Design and develop enterprise-grade applications using the Microsoft technology stack • Lead development teams and drive technical solutions • Conduct code reviews and mentor developers • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders Requirements • 15+ years of experience with C#, .NET Framework/.NET Core, and ASP.NET • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, including Azure App Service, Azure Functions, Azure SQL Database, Azure Service Fabric, and Azure PaaS • Expertise in SQL Server, complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning • Experience with Blazor and/or ASP.NET MVC • Strong experience in Microservices Architecture • Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Docker • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments • Proven experience leading development teams and driving technical solutions • Ability to conduct code reviews and mentor developers • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
