About the Role We are looking for an experienced Lead .NET Developer to support a major financial and accounting system modernization project. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on full-stack development skills, expertise in Microsoft .NET technologies, and proven experience leading developers, reviewing code, and delivering scalable enterprise applications. Key Responsibilities • Lead the design, development, and modernization of enterprise applications using C# and .NET • Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using .NET, SQL Server, and modern front-end technologies • Design and implement microservices, REST APIs, and enterprise application integrations • Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce coding standards • Support application architecture, performance optimization, troubleshooting, and production support • Work with Azure, Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployments • Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, QA, and cross-functional development teams • Support integrations across finance, accounting, policy administration, claims, and SAP-connected systems Requirements • 8+ years of experience in .NET application development and enterprise web applications • Strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET Core, .NET Framework, and ASP.NET • Strong SQL Server and database development experience • Full-stack development experience with Angular, React, Blazor, TypeScript, or similar technologies • Experience with microservices architecture, REST APIs, and distributed applications • Technical leadership experience, including code reviews, mentoring, and development team guidance • Experience with Microsoft Azure, Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
