About the Role We are seeking a Lead .NET Developer to join our team in Washington, DC. This role involves working in the capital markets domain with a focus on equity investments and private equity. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement solutions using .NET Framework and .NET Core • Utilize Azure Cloud Architecture and Azure Service Bus for cloud-based solutions • Develop applications with Angular, TypeScript, and REST APIs • Work with SQL Server and nHibernate ORM for database management • Implement containerization with Docker and Kubernetes (AKS) • Ensure high availability and disaster recovery for systems • Lead technical aspects and contribute as an enterprise solution architect Requirements • 12+ years of experience in .NET development • Strong knowledge of C#, Azure Cloud Architecture, and Azure Service Bus • Experience with Angular, TypeScript, and REST APIs • Proficiency in SQL Server, nHibernate ORM, Docker, and Kubernetes • Familiarity with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD practices • Understanding of capital markets, equity investments, and financial accounting • Highly preferred: 8+ years of hands-on experience with FIS Investran / Private Capital Suite • Experience with General Ledger (GL), AP/AR, and financial reporting
