About the Role We are looking for a Lead .NET Developer with WPF expertise to join our team in the banking domain. This role requires hands-on experience with .NET technologies and technical leadership capabilities. Key Responsibilities • Design and develop Windows desktop applications using .NET and WPF • Implement MVVM pattern and custom controls • Work with SQL Server, REST APIs, and performance optimization • Lead technical discussions and mentor junior developers • Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality Requirements • 13-15 years of experience in .NET development • Strong experience in C#, .NET Framework / .NET, WPF, XAML, and MVVM • Expertise in Windows desktop application development, data binding, commands, and custom controls • Experience with SQL Server, REST APIs, multithreading, and performance optimization • Strong knowledge of OOP, SOLID principles, and design patterns • Experience with Git, CI/CD, Agile, code reviews, and technical leadership Preferred Skills • Banking / financial services experience • Prism, dependency injection, unit testing, WCF, and Azure DevOps
