About the Role The State of New York – Information Technology Services (ITS) is seeking a Lead .NET Full Stack Developer to join their team in Albany, NY. This is a long-term contract position requiring 10+ years of experience and technical leadership capabilities. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and architect enterprise-level applications using .NET Core • Lead technical specifications and solution design • Mentor developers and enforce code standards • Implement RESTful and SOAP web services • Perform requirements analysis and gap analysis • Integrate front-end technologies with back-end systems • Work with MS SQL Server databases including stored procedures and views Requirements • 10+ years of experience in application design, architecture, and development • 7+ years of experience with C#, .NET Core, .NET Core MVC, and Entity Framework Core • 7+ years of experience with SOAP and RESTful Web Services • 7+ years of experience in enterprise application development • 6+ years of experience with Vue.js, Angular, Vuex, and Axios • 6+ years of experience with HTML5, CSS3, SASS, Bootstrap, and Webpack • 6+ years of experience with MS SQL Server, SQL Queries, Stored Procedures, and Views • Expert level technical leadership and mentoring capabilities • Valid work authorization in the US (H1B, H4 EAD, GC, GC EAD, or USC) Benefits • Long-term contract opportunity with a direct client • Day-1 Onsite hybrid work arrangement in Albany, NY • Opportunity to work on critical state-level IT projects
