About the Role We are looking for a Lead .Net Software Engineer to join our team. This role focuses on developing software solutions using .Net technologies, cloud platforms, and AI. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement software solutions using .Net, Azure, and AWS • Lead development projects and mentor junior engineers • Develop and maintain microservices architecture • Implement and optimize Generative AI solutions • Ensure high performance and availability of systems Requirements • 10–14 years of software engineering, cloud, AI, or platform engineering experience • Strong hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and AI Agents • Expertise in C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, APIs, and microservices • Strong experience with Azure and AWS • Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, Terraform, and cloud security • Cloud migration and multicloud architecture • Experience with distributed systems, monitoring, performance tuning, and production support • Knowledge of industrial data systems, SCADA/OT, MES, ERP/EAM, or IoT
