About the Role We are seeking an experienced Lead Node.js / Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Node.js, React.js, and AWS Cloud Services. This role requires hands-on coding skills, architectural knowledge, and proven experience leading development teams. Key Responsibilities • Lead application design, development, and implementation • Drive technical discussions, code reviews, and architectural decisions • Mentor junior and mid-level developers • Lead distributed development teams and manage technical deliverables • Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, BAs, and QA teams • Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies and stakeholder communication • Troubleshoot complex production issues Requirements • Strong hands-on experience with Node.js and React.js • Expertise in Express.js and RESTful API development • Experience building microservices architecture • Strong understanding of asynchronous programming and event-driven systems • AWS cloud services and cloud-native application development • CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices • Application performance, scalability, security, and reliability
