About the Role We are looking for a highly experienced Okta Identity Operations Engineer to lead enterprise identity operations, resolve complex production issues, and design secure identity integrations. Key Responsibilities • Lead enterprise identity operations • Resolve complex production issues • Design secure identity integrations • Automate IAM workflows Requirements • Strong hands-on experience with Okta IAM / Workforce Identity Cloud • Knowledge of SAML 2.0, OIDC, OAuth 2.0, and SCIM • Experience with Active Directory, LDAP, Kerberos, and RADIUS troubleshooting • Familiarity with Okta Verify, MFA, and authentication policy management • L2/L3 production support and root cause analysis skills • Troubleshooting OIDC 400 errors and authentication failures • Experience with Okta APIs, Python / PowerShell scripting, and automation • AD/RADIUS agent upgrades and certificate renewals • Terraform and Okta configuration automation
