About the Role We are looking for an experienced Lead Performance Architect to lead performance engineering, load testing, and optimization for enterprise applications and cloud-based systems. Key Responsibilities • Design and execute load, stress, endurance, scalability, and performance testing strategies • Develop and maintain performance test scripts using Apache JMeter and similar tools • Perform API performance testing for REST/JSON and SOAP-based services • Analyze and optimize frontend performance for Next.js applications • Identify performance bottlenecks across CPU, memory, JVM, network, and database layers • Leverage monitoring and observability tools to analyze system behavior and troubleshoot performance issues • Integrate performance testing and automation into CI/CD pipelines • Collaborate with development, QA, DevOps, and architecture teams to improve application scalability and reliability Requirements • Strong hands-on expertise in performance testing tools • Experience with API performance validation • Frontend optimization skills • Performance monitoring and troubleshooting abilities • CI/CD integration and test automation frameworks
