About the Role We are seeking an experienced Lead Performance Engineer to design and execute performance testing strategies for enterprise and cloud-based applications. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement performance testing strategies for enterprise applications and microservices • Develop and maintain performance test scripts using Apache JMeter, LoadRunner, K6, or Gatling • Perform load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing • Conduct API performance testing using REST/JSON and SOAP • Build and maintain automated test frameworks for web applications, including Next.js applications • Analyze performance bottlenecks and provide optimization recommendations • Monitor application performance metrics including CPU, memory, GC, I/O, and network • Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/Git) • Collaborate with QA, DevOps, Development, and Architecture teams Requirements • 12+ years of Performance Engineering experience • Strong hands-on experience with JMeter (test plans, scripting, listeners, distributed testing) • Expertise in API, Web, and Automation Testing • Experience with Datadog, Dynatrace, APM tools, JVM monitoring, and server logs • Strong knowledge of HTTP/HTTPS, JSON, XML protocols • Experience with performance framework design and deployment • Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
