About the Role We are looking for an experienced Lead Power BI Developer to join SohanIT for a 1-year contract. This role involves migrating enterprise dashboards and reports from MicroStrategy to Power BI while ensuring data accuracy and performance. Key Responsibilities • Analyze and migrate MicroStrategy reports, dashboards, metrics, filters, and business logic to Power BI • Design and develop interactive Power BI dashboards, reports, and semantic models • Develop and optimize DAX measures, Power Query, and data models • Perform report validation and reconciliation between MicroStrategy and Power BI • Implement RLS, OLS, drill-through, bookmarks, and dynamic KPIs • Optimize dashboard performance and data refresh processes • Collaborate with business and data engineering teams to gather requirements and deliver BI solutions Requirements • 10 years of overall BI/Analytics experience • Years of hands-on Power BI development and architecture experience • Strong experience in MicroStrategy (MSTR) to Power BI migration • Expertise in Power BI, DAX, Power Query, SQL, and data modeling • Experience in dashboard development, performance tuning, and data validation • Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
