About the Role We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to join our team at an established, market-leading SaaS company. This role focuses on leading the development of a brand-new, enterprise-grade ERP application. Key Responsibilities • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch • Build a new multi-tenant B2B SaaS ERP product from scratch • Drive seamless integrations with existing SaaS platforms, APIs, and shared backend services • Collaborate with AI-enabled engineering teams to accelerate product delivery • Define clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria • Align business stakeholders, customers, and technical teams to deliver enterprise-grade solutions Requirements • Proven experience launching complex, multi-tenant B2B SaaS products • Strong zero-to-one product development experience • Prior experience with ERP, HRIS, or enterprise operational software is highly preferred • Strong technical understanding of system architecture, APIs, microservices, and data routing • Experience working in startups or fast-paced, high-autonomy environments • Familiarity with AI-driven product development or AI-powered enterprise solutions
