About the Role We are looking for a Lead Python Full Stack Developer with 10+ years of experience to join our engineering team. This role combines deep technical expertise with leadership skills to build scalable, high-performance applications in a fully remote environment. Key Responsibilities • Take ownership of end-to-end application development • Drive architectural decisions and guide a team of engineers • Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to build modern systems • Design and develop full stack applications using Python and modern frameworks • Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance systems • Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions • Conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and ensure best practices • Optimize application performance, scalability, and security • Troubleshoot complex issues and perform root cause analysis • Drive CI/CD implementation and DevOps practices • Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and estimations Requirements • 10+ years of hands-on Python development experience • Strong expertise in Django, Flask, or FastAPI • Experience building microservices and REST APIs • Solid understanding of OOP, design patterns, and system design • Experience with authentication and authorization (OAuth2, JWT, SSO) • Knowledge of asynchronous programming (AsyncIO, Celery) • Strong experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript • Experience building responsive, modern UI applications • Strong experience with SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle) • Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis, DynamoDB) • Familiarity with messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, AWS SQS) • Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP • Strong knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes • Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI) • Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation) • Proven experience leading technical teams or projects • Strong system design and architectural skills • Excellent communication and stakeholder management • Ability to mentor and guide engineers • Strong ownership and problem-solving mindset
