About the Role We are seeking a Lead Site Reliability Engineer with expertise in observability platforms and federal compliance environments. This role requires strong experience with observability tools, cloud infrastructure, automation, and FedRAMP compliance. Key Responsibilities • Design, implement, and maintain enterprise observability and monitoring platforms • Work with Splunk Enterprise/Cloud, Elasticsearch, Prometheus, and Grafana • Implement distributed tracing using OpenTelemetry and Grafana Tempo • Develop and maintain infrastructure automation using Terraform • Support containerized environments using Kubernetes • Integrate logging, monitoring, metrics, and tracing solutions across cloud platforms • Ensure observability solutions align with FedRAMP security and compliance requirements • Troubleshoot complex infrastructure and production reliability issues Requirements • Strong experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Cloud Infrastructure • Hands-on experience with FedRAMP environments; knowledge of FISMA and NIST SP 800-53 is a plus • Experience with Splunk Enterprise or Splunk Cloud • Knowledge of OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, Grafana Tempo, or Elasticsearch • Experience with Terraform and Kubernetes • Strong troubleshooting, automation, and infrastructure monitoring skills
