About the Role We are looking for an experienced Lead Snowflake Developer to join our team. This role focuses on leading cloud data engineering solutions with expertise in Snowflake, dbt, SQL, and data architecture. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement scalable Snowflake data solutions • Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and data pipelines • Implement efficient ELT/ETL processes and data architecture best practices • Configure Snowflake storage and compute resources • Implement security best practices and monitor role-based access • Automate deployments through CI/CD pipelines • Collaborate with business SMEs from requirements gathering through solution delivery Requirements • 7–10 years of experience in Snowflake development • Strong hands-on expertise in Snowflake, dbt, SQL, and data architecture • Experience in ETL/ELT pipeline development and data modeling • Knowledge of Snowflake features: Snowpipe, Streams, Tasks, Time Travel, Cloning, and Snowpark • Understanding of Snowflake security, RBAC, and access control • Experience in performance tuning, cost optimization, and scalable data architecture • CI/CD pipeline development and automated deployments • Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills • B.E./B.Tech or another engineering degree is mandatory • Immediate joiners only
