About the Role We are looking for an experienced Lead Software Developer to build and deploy digital services for a UK public sector programme. Key Responsibilities • Build and deploy digital services for a public sector programme • Ensure compliance with GDS standards, accessibility, and non-functional requirements Requirements • Strong commercial Node.js (server-side) experience • AWS (cloud services, containerised workloads, DevOps practices) • MongoDB and API/data-flow design • GitHub / GitHub Actions CI/CD • OAuth and secure coding • Automated testing • Experience delivering on a managed cloud delivery platform using golden paths and reusable patterns • Understanding of GDS standards, accessibility and non-functional requirements Benefits • Opportunity to work in the public sector
