About the Role We are looking for a Lead Software Developer specializing in OutSystems and Alteryx to join our team. This role involves developing and enhancing enterprise-grade applications and designing automated data workflows. Key Responsibilities • Develop and enhance enterprise-grade applications using OutSystems, including Reactive Web and Mobile solutions • Design and maintain automated data workflows using Alteryx Designer • Build integrations with internal and external systems using APIs, web services, and database connectivity • Collaborate with business users, architects, and product teams to deliver scalable solutions • Optimize application performance, reliability, and maintainability • Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, sprint activities, and release management • Troubleshoot application, integration, and data-processing issues • Support testing, deployment, and production readiness activities Requirements • 9+ years of hands-on experience in OutSystems development • Strong expertise in OutSystems Reactive Web and Mobile application development • Proven experience with Alteryx Designer for data preparation, transformation, and analytics • Strong knowledge of SQL, relational databases, and API integrations • Experience with REST/SOAP web services and integration patterns • Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
